Hawaiian Red Alae Sea Salt is a traditional Hawaiian blended salt.  <p>Hawaiian Sea Salt is not processed and therefore it retains the original richness and nutritional values.  This wonderful salt gets its rich  red hue from the reddish coloured Hawaiian clay that is blended with the unprocessed Hawaiian Sea Salt. The red clay (Alaea) gives the blend it's name and enriches the salt with iron-oxide.
