How to salt rim the glass
Put your quality salt on a flat saucer. Moisten the rim of your cocktail glass with lime juice or water. Hold your glass upside down and gently dip the wet rim into your salt. If you have wetted the rim thoroughly you should now have a beautifully salted glass rim! …don’t forget to do this BEFORE you put the Margarita liquid into the glass. |
